The deliveries showed up right on schedule, but the support from customer service was lacking. I couldn't access my account and sent multiple emails, only to receive a response three months down the line!

The wine never showed up, once more! Here I am, two weeks later, still in limbo. I shot off four emails with zero replies, so I attempted to change the delivery date from November 10th to October 14th since the October order was MIA. Now, they’re hitting me with TWO extra charges of £239.70 for subscriptions I didn’t sign up for and definitely don’t want. I've reached out to my bank and I'm starting a dispute.

Winepost is fantastic. I receive 6 bottles every couple of months, and I always discover something fresh. I haven’t encountered a bad bottle so far! It’s been ages since I purchased wine from a store, since Winepost has me covered. I even got a subscription for my dad for Christmas, and he was thrilled. This is definitely one of my top subscriptions, highly recommend!
